Shareholders of LGR Packaging and ERBI (Poland - Lodz) have come to a strategic agreement where LGR will be part of ERBI's capital.
Mr Jakub Bielecki will remain the main shareholder and ERBI's President.
ERBI is a company specialized in the production of offset printed folding cartons and leaflets, and is the first in Poland to have invested in digital technology for pharmaceutical industry.
This initiative confirms the will of LGR Packaging to offer to pharmaceutical industry a real capability to supply folding cartons and leaflets in the whole Europe, as well as in the Middle-East with Duran Dogan.
Moreover, both partners have started a common project for a new plant dedicated to litho-printed laminated boxes in Poland. Thus, LGR will soon have 4 sites on this segment: Reine Emballages and Rey Emballages in France, Duran Dogan in Turkey, and this new plant in Poland.
