QUALITY
LGR Packaging's quality policy is structured around four key commitments:
- customer satisfaction
- improvement of our products and our transformation and support processes
- compliance with regulatory obligations and other requirements
- prevention of quality risks across all our sites
The implementation of this Policy is governed by a food quality and safety management system and by specifications for each type of product. Compliance is ensured in particular through a process of continuous improvement and an inter-site audit program.
The functions involved in quality management at each site guarantee that production complies with customer requirements and that batches are released in accordance with these requirements. Each production unit is equipped with a laboratory for testing and analyzing product characteristics.
The sites apply the Quality Policy according to defined objectives, common procedures, and monitoring by performance indicators. This coordination enables us to offer an effective back-up organization, combined with a business continuity plan.

LGR Packaging, a family business made up of independent specialized SMEs, draws on its strong history and values to build a bold and ambitious future. It affirms its commitment to being a responsible player with regard to the environment and its stakeholders, as part of a positive and sustainable approach.
A structured collective project, aligned with benchmark standards
LGR Packaging is committed to complying with current regulations on social responsibility and adheres to the United Nations Global Compact, based on its Ten Universal Principles relating to human rights, international labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
Our approach is aligned with the guidelines of ISO 26000 and has been recognized since 2020 by the assessment organization Ecovadis.
As part of its climate strategy, LGR Packaging has defined its decarbonization trajectory by committing to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in order to help limit global warming. We have integrated ADEME's ACT Step by Step program to structure our actions and emission reduction targets according to a recognized reference framework. These targets have been set at: -42% for Scopes 1&2 and -25% for Scope 3 by 2030 (vs. 2022).

LGR Packaging's Sustainable Commitment Charter serves as a roadmap for all our teams and partners. It defines the philosophy that every project stakeholder must adhere to, as part of a sustainable progress approach.
