QUALITY

Quality Management within LGR Packaging is organized to meet daily needs of customers and be in compliance with regulatory evolution of markets.  

LGR Packaging

People involved in the quality management of each plant ensure the conformity of productions and batch release according to the requests defined by customers. Each production unit has its own laboratory to test and analyse characteristics of products.  

LGR sites share a common Quality policy, targets and procedures relying on improvement plans and a follow-up of performance indicators. This coordination allows to propose an effective back-up organization, in addition to the Disaster Recovery Plan. 

Good manufacturing practices are supervised by a Quality Assurance Manual and Technical Requirements depending on the kind of articles. They are supported by a process of continuous improvement and a programme of crossed audits.

Certifications: ISO 15378 - ISO 22000 - BRC

Sustainable development is part of the growth strategy of LGR Packaging, which has defined in its CSR Declaration core values:

    • to ensure the quality of productions.

The 3 pillars of sustainable development (ENVIRONMENT - SOCIAL - ECONOMIC) are integrated into daily practice in the company management. Some examples:
