Nearly 500 people gathered at the Reine Emballages site in Veyziat (France) from 20 to 22 November to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the specialist in offset-printed microflute packaging.
A guided tour of the site with presentations of the various workshops by the company's experts, a visit to the Fluidbox site - LGR Packaging's new entity dedicated to digital printing, also located in Veyziat -, testimonials from outside speakers, a dive into the family history, all set to a musical and festive atmosphere: the programme offered to the customers, partners and employees of Reine Emballages was a great success.
The event provided an opportunity to look back at the company's history since 1884, when it was founded in Oyonnax by Victor Reine, a printer, who a few years later began producing cardboard for comb cards.
André, Bernard and then Torben Reine have continued the family tradition and successively developed the company, making it today a reference in the world of printed cardboard packaging.
Reine Emballages develops and produces offset litho-laminated corrugated packaging for all sectors of activity: multipacks, folding cartons, boxes, cases, bag-in-box, shelf-ready-packaging, displays, trays, e-commerce boxes.
Throughout the 3 days of festivities, participants were able to feel what has made the company a success: a passion for cardboard and printing, a desire to contribute to the success of customers through packaging, a constant search for excellence and innovation, enthusiasm shared with employees, and respect and trust with partners. These are the values that have supported Reine Emballages through 140 years and that enable it to look to the future with optimism and enthusiasm.
Reine Emballages would like to thank all its teams who worked so hard to ensure the success of the event, as well as the customers and partners who turned out in such large numbers to make this celebration an unforgettable moment, full of goodwill and emotion.
